Donations

Historical and Genealogical Materials
If you would like to donate a copy of your family history or any other historical and genealogical materials, we will gladly accept them. You may even wish to donate a book in memory of someone in your family if you like. The following is a list of just a few of the items we collect:

• Family history books
• State and county histories
• Family group sheets
• Pedigree charts
• Obituaries
• Photographs
• Ledgers and diaries
• Family Bible records
• Postcards
• Newspaper clippings
• Funeral home remembrance cards

We extend a heartfelt thank you for your donations.
If you would like to make a monetary donation to the Sullivan County Department of Archives and Tourism, we would be most grateful for your help. We gladly accept donations of any amount from a $1 to... Yes, you guessed it... a million! All donations will be used for preservation and housing of our historic documents and for extending our hospitality in the area of tourism in Sullivan County.
