Please note that, according to early Sullivan County deeds, no record could be found of Lot 15. It is likely that Lot 15 was intended to be the triangular lot next to Lot 14, but the same failed to materialize as Lot 15. The road bed for the alley between Lot 14 and the "intended" Lot 15 has obviously shifted slightly to the left over the years.
